We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales opportunities by responding to inbound leads and conducting outbound calls and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline of prospects and manage customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Candidates are required to have at least "A" levels or diploma. The monthly salary ranges from $3,000 to $6,000.
