- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

- Present financial analysis and insights to the CFO/CEO and other senior leaders to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Planner, or in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
