Key Responsibilities
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
- Liaison with operations team on employee request and enquiries
- Handling and tracking of training registrations, request and records
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employee process
- Preparation of HR documentations which includes but not limited to letter of employment, transfer letters etc.
- Carry out day-to-day operations of the HR functions including updating of employee records into HRM System, Insurance system etc
- Preparation of regulatory survey and audits
- Manage, monitor and updates the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) portal per requirements in relations to employee's security license.
- Verifying of attendance records for payment
- Ensure all work injuries are documented, follow-up and notify to authorities and liaison with insurance for payments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or related with a strong interest to learn and explore in the HR industry
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure / tight timelines
