The key mission of PC Dreams Group is to keep as many devices and as much of their components away from landfills and incinerators. Keeping them above ground and in circulation for as long as the economy will have them. We achieve this by offering our customers a seamless experience in owning and using Zero E-Waste Devices or ZEDs and by integrating our systems with strategic partners who are able to increase the catchment area for pre-owned devices.


Job Description:

1. Internal systems maintenance, management and audit

  • Daily system support
  • Systems basic configuration and settings
  • Coordinate with vendors for system issues, development and testing
  • Faciliate the UAT for each system improvemet and enhancement development
  • Update and develop systems
  • Periodic system backup
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure system efficiency and team’s productivity
  • Coordinate with external vendors/partners in system development & configuration to ensure effective communication & development process
  • Asset management - Ensure records of digital & physical asset are well maintained

2. ISO 27001 / 9001 & Business Certifications

  • Periodic documentation on system development log
  • Ensure conformance to guidelines and objectives concerning Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
  • Accountable for year-end audit and re-certification
  • Follow up closely with operation teams to ensure processes are compliant

4. Learning & Development (Internal & External)

  • Be part of Learning & Development Team
  • Create records and training materials for every relevant process in ppt/pdf form
  • Conduct periodic/ad-hoc internal for new process/workflow
  • Conduct face-to-face or online traning for external business partners
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and conduct refresher sessions when necessary
  • Ensure SOP is in place to align and standardize procedures

5. Business Analysis

  • Be part of the Business Excellence Team
  • Work closely with operation team for process improvement and development

Requirements:

  • Good excel, word & powerpoint knowledge is required.
  • Good intercommunciation skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative problem-solving skills.
  • Team Player
  • ISO 27001 / 9001 & Business Certifications experience is required
  • 5 days work week
