Roles & Responsibilities
1. Performs coordination with subcontractors and supervises works according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
2. Responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress.
3. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
4. Ensure safety compliance, and quality control of materials/equipment on site.
5. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
6. Liaise with stakeholders and carry out inspections with RE & RTO.
7. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
8. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
9. Other duties assigned by the Management
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, and Familiarity with managing residential and commercial projects Reinforced concrete work.
