Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you shall assist in the management of facilities management services for Site assigned to you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management etc
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.
Job Requirement
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possesses a valid Fire Safety Manager certification
Note:
- Temporary Contract for 1 to 3 months.
- Must be able to start work immediately.
