Job Description:
- Estimation: Prepare accurate project cost estimates and bills of quantities.
- Procurement: Source materials, negotiate prices, and manage supplier contracts.
- Contract Administration: Administer contracts, track project progress, and ensure compliance.
- Cost Control: Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Value Engineering: Propose cost-effective alternatives to achieve project goals.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope and specifications.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving project-related disputes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
- Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships and address client concerns.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in Interior Design or related industry.
- Proficient in Building Contracts and procurement processes.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software like Microsoft office.
