We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Energetic Accounts Assistant who thrives in a fast paced startup environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Check & prepare all AP
- Prepare invoicing and payments (largely cross-border), etc.
- Check and efile payment records in accounting system
- Coordinate with Ops team on new customers' requirements
- Update payment data into digital system
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in similar role, especially in accounts handling AP
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Able to commit any 4 or 5 hours between 12-6pm daily Monday-Friday
- Proactive Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Dedicated, detail-oriented and efficient
- Adaptable and Able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and enjoys working with teams
- Experience in Xero will be helpful
