Our client is a highly reputable Aviation Firm. They are seeking to hire a dynamic Finance Manager to join their team.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll be responsible for the financial operations of the business globally. You will lead a team while also partnering with country leaders. Responsibilities include maintaining financial accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, creating monthly reports, financial modelling, managing cash flow and working capital, preparing budgets, overseeing audits, handling tax and legal matters, implementing financial controls, managing a client accounting team, and providing financial guidance to leadership.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you'll have a Degree in Finance, Accounting or ACCA and a CPA/ CA with the following related experiences:
· At least 8- 10 years of experience in accounting and FP&A Business partnering experience.
· In-depth working experience managing full sets of accounts and financial reporting.
· Strong knowledge and experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
· Good working experience managing finance teams.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
