Job Description:
- Manage recruitment including screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.
- New employee’s on-boarding, new staff orientation, benefits administration, performance management and exit process.
- Responsible for payroll processing and other payroll administration including attendance and overtime checking, part-timers working hours checking.
- Monthly statutory submission including CPF, Government paid leave and foreign employee's tax clearance.
- Initiate and organize employee welfare activities i.e. annual dinner, company outing, social activities, teambuilding, CSR events etc.
- Manage day-to-day operations, handling enquiries and all human resource related matters,
- Maintain and upkeep employee personal files and ensure filing is up to date.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
Requirement:
- Mature, proactive, resourceful, well-organized, detailed, and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exposure to Education industry is an added advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Impeccable time management & project management ability; able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Possess high level of integrity in handling confidential / salary information
- Abreast of market best HR practices and local legislations i.e. Employment Act
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
