· Support Business requirements analysis and liaise with internal stakeholders, Product Managers and external business partners for effective onboarding of potential customers & straight through processing of Secured loan applications.
· Ensure requirements are met and developed appropriately by working closely with Product Managers.
· Support creation of effective user stories & acceptance criteria in JIRA.
· User acceptance, test planning, design and execution of test cases.
· Involved in API testing (interface testing) using POSTMAN.
· Log, manage and close system defects using JIRA & HP ALM
· Support in the smooth roll out of initiatives through pre- and post-implementation activities.
· Effective root cause analysis of defects & production issues & co-ordinate with various development teams to ensure the timely & desirable resolution of defects.
· Create user manual & provide training to stakeholders before production rollout
