Located at Sentosa Island, Mega Adventure is Singapore’s home of outdoor fun with
Singapore’s longest zip line and iconic 3 level tree top obstacle course. As a globally
famed attraction with a world class team, we are seeking a proven leader to join us and
manage our growing marketing department. Reporting to the CEO and Founder,
responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
· Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
· Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
· Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
· Oversee software installations, updates, and system integrations.
· Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
· Collaborate with other departments to support IT needs and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in network management and server administration.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
