What we're looking for
Bandwagon is on a mission to find a skilled, meticulous, and effective Digital Media Executive. We are looking for someone who can manage digital media deals with brands, festivals, and events. This person should be a skilled coordinator with strong project management, experience with paid media boosting on popular social media channels and able to optimize ad campaigns for maximum performance, and familiar with analytics. This person should also be relational and enjoy speaking with clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound client enquiries and regular outbound lead generation
- Coordinate media deliverables between clients and our in-house team
- Support the development of new commercial opportunities in digital media
- Manage ad buys across social media from start to finish including setting up ads and effective target profiles, monitor and provide suggestions to optimize performance of all digital campaigns including A/B testing.
- Implement learnings into future campaign activities that leads to better results for clients. Generate reports upon completion of campaigns
- Safeguard process and quality control for all campaigns to ensure perfect delivery
- Grow digital media business
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 year(s) of digital marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is a MUST (spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Good with numbers
- Strong Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager background.
- Track record of running successful digital campaigns, establishing brand awareness, driving reach and optimizing towards media KPIs.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and also a good team player, share the company core value and commit to meet the deadlines under time constraints.
- Highly adaptable to changes in strategy, direction that have an immediate impact on the business.
- High attention to detail and able to maintain accuracy across all areas
- Strong communication skills, with a strong team spirit and can-do attitude
