About the Role:

As a Client Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clinic clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring their success by providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting software issues, and answering their questions.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous technical support to clinic clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot software issues, diagnose problems, and identify solutions using our knowledge base and internal resources.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Document interactions with clients and maintain accurate records. Familiar with the use of JIRA is a bonus.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance.
  • Proactively learn about our software and stay up-to-date on new features and functionalities.
  • Train Customers on the use of our software.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge base and support processes.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times.


Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of computer software and basic troubleshooting principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact is a plus.
