Manufacturing Specialist, Engineer- Warehouse (Six Sigma/ Oil Gas/ Improvement projects)
Job Description:
Responsible for supporting daily warehouse operation, safety requirements, department procedure, continuous improvement project
Support administration tasks of warehouse operation (incoming, storage, outgoing).
Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationship (RFQ, negotiation, PO, service contract, etc.).
- Collaborate with shop to meet safety standards in warehouse (HARC, RA, lifting plan, safe work procedure, etc.).
- Lead and drive Root Cause Analyst (RCA) and report out to internal/external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous Improvement project (CI) using Lean Six Sigma tools in warehouse environment
- Review/establish work instruction in warehouse.
- Facilitate and work on the Management of CAPEX for the Singapore facility for Warehouse
- Represent Materials Review Board (MRB) for warehouse and provide the technical support needed for warehouse processes
- Take charge of internal regular inspection of equipment or process (checklist, schedule, etc.).
- Assist in external audit (ISO, API)
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or higher qualifications holder.
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Warehouse environment or other relevant experience.
- Experience in Warehouse Management System (SAP, ERP, etc.)
