Responsibilities:
- Logging of cases that are seen via video consultation
- Pick and Packing the medications that have been prescribed by the doctor online
- Arranging for deliveries for medications
- Working closely with our operations team and delivery partners to ensure that medications are delivered smoothly and on time
- Ensuring that medications packed are correctly and accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of GCE "N/O/A" Level
- Able to commit to 3 rotating shifts (overnight shift allowance given)
- Back end role (no patient interaction needed)
- Training is provided
