- Oversee HR services and activities to support the hospital's human resource strategies.
- Collaborate with line and hiring managers to understand and prioritize manpower needs, focusing on Talent Acquisition and Manpower Planning.
- Develop and maintain manpower plans, analyzing workforce movements, skills mix, and attrition trends.
- Implement HR plans, including talent management, succession planning, career progression, and employee climate survey follow-up actions.
- Manage manpower costs and hiring expenses within the approved budget.
- Recruit candidates with the right competencies and cultural fit through effective screening and unbiased selection processes.
- Recommend recruitment channels and review salary proposals considering market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Ensure staff are issued relevant work passes and support hiring managers in drafting employment contracts.
- Enhance orientation, induction, and assimilation programs, and conduct exit interviews for feedback.
- Oversee the annual total performance management (TPM) exercise and monitor the career progression of talent-managed staff.
- Communicate benefits, claims eligibility, payroll deductions, retirement, re-employment, and termination guidelines to employees.
- Supervise salary increments, bonuses, and recommend non-monetary benefits options based on workforce needs.
- Research, implement, and communicate diversity and inclusion programs, and advise on diversity-related challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource related field.
- Minimum 8 years of direct experience.
- Healthcare experience will be an advantage.
