The individual will work directly with the Head of Clinical Services Planning Office and plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic growth and operational excellence of the organization. The individual will have to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive various care transformation projects forward and achieve departmental objectives while contributing to the overall strategic vision of the CSP Office and the organization.
- Lead and oversee specific projects or initiatives from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, milestones, and metrics to track progress and measure success.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
- Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, leveraging team strengths and capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, partners, and vendors.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve common objectives.
- Encourage professional development and skill enhancement opportunities for team members.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate project status, milestones achieved, and areas for improvement.
- Address stakeholder concerns and feedback in a timely and proactive manner.

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required with 8-10 years working experience.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in clinical services planning, project management or healthcare operation management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
