Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director for Aethir Edge, our leading hardware product. This pivotal role will involve setting the strategic direction, overseeing operational execution, and ensuring the success of Aethir Edge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware development, strategic planning, and team leadership within high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement the strategic vision for Aethir Edge.
   Identify and leverage market opportunities to drive product innovation and growth.
   Align Aethir Edge's goals with the broader company strategy in collaboration with the executive team.
   
2. Operational Management:Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
   Implement processes and systems to support scalability and operational excellence.
   Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project and organizational objectives.
   
3. Product Development:Lead the hardware development lifecycle from concept to production.
   Ensure the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance product capabilities.
   Work closely with engineering teams to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
   
4. Team Development:Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
   Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
   Drive recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent in hardware development.
   
5. Stakeholder Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and clients.
   Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
   Represent Aethir Edge at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and influence.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hardware development industry.
• Strong background in strategic planning, product development, and team leadership.
• In-depth understanding of hardware technologies and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
