Senior/Legal Counsels - Semiconductor, 7+PQE
A global semiconductor company is hiring two counsels to collaborate closely with regional business stakeholders, offering expert advice on commercial, procurement, and technology matters. These roles are pivotal in managing legal risks, supporting contract negotiations, resolving disputes, and bolstering the efforts of the sales and procurement teams.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with multinational corporations or international law firms, demonstrating a strong track record in comprehending and advising on intricate legal challenges.
Requirements:
- Commercially focused lawyers with prior experience in a multinational company or top-tier international law firm.
- A proven track record in business counselling with the ability to advise on complex legal matters across regional jurisdictions.
- The ability to provide pragmatic advice in a demanding business environment.
- Ideally, a valid work pass in Singapore.
