Responsibilities
- Manage and lead sales team (e.g. Sales Representatives, Promoters) to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Improve sales coverage efficiency via understanding and analysis of data.
- Maximize/Improve ROI via new initiatives/negotiations.
- Work with marketing team to ensure trade executions.
- Provide feedback on sales/operation issues, competitor's promotion/pricing, and market sentiments.
- Responsible for all sales/trade activities on assigned outlets.
- Execute Sales & Merchandising especially FIFO.
- Build, Maintain, and enhance good relationships with existing and new customers.
- To participate and assist in promotional activities/ events/ seminar when required, including working on weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
- Diploma Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with experience in e-commerce channel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong business sense.
- Aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving.
- Strong analytical thinking and management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
