Legal Counsel - Technology - 5+PQE
A prominent technology company seeks to hire a commercial lawyer to join their team, supporting strategic and operational issues, with a focus on negotiations, contract management, and business transactions. Ideal candidates will have in-house experience and a background in advising on IT/outsourcing agreements, data privacy issues, and complex transactions.
Successful applicants will possess:
- A recognised degree in Law and a minimum of 5PQE, gained in-house or with the corporate or TMT practice of a law firm.
- Admission to the Singapore Bar.
- Broad corporate transactional or regulatory experience, with proven expertise drafting and negotiating customised agreements.
