Admin Role
1. Assist Manager in liaising and submitting Food Lab test samples and provide lab test reports.
2. Assist Manager in product listing for E-commerce sites and company site shop front.
3. Ensure overall office is continuously operational in terms of supplies and running order
4. Back up other office coworkers as and when necessary eg purchaser etc
5. Perform duties assigned by management as and when tasked upon.
6. Assist Manager in white background product shots and lifestyle product shots.
Marketing Role
1. Social Media savvy to be competent to manage company social media accounts and take product shots and post up.
2. Garner followers and generate internet traffic to company products
3. Product Marketing capable to be able to manage product development from Client Brief to product packaging sourcing , buying and Social Media launch. Work with Manager to fulfil and execute Project Timelines.
4. Possess and demonstrate effective flair for visual merchandising
5. Project Manage and spearhead third party advertising and marketing SEO agencies to ensure meets company timelines and KPI per contractual agreements.
Requirements
1. Candidate should have a higher NITEC or diploma in Product Marketing with added credits in Social Media Saviness
2. A Flair for Visual Merchandising especially in Food Products is essential
3. Self Starter , Resourceful and Problem Solver
4. Meticulous and detailed, and ability to adapt to sudden changes in plans and able to meet deliverables under tight timelines.
