Key Responsibilities:
1. System Design and Integration:
- Design, develop, and integrate hardware and software components for drone systems.
- Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software and firmware engineers.
2. Testing and Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans to validate drone system performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform simulations and real-world testing to ensure system robustness.
3. Support Project Management:
- Assist the Project Lead in managing projects from concept to deployment.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects goals are met.
- Provide technical support and updates to the Project Lead regarding project progress.
4. Documentation and Compliance:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system designs, test plans, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proven experience with drone system design, integration, and testing.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for drone operations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems, control systems, and sensor integration.
- Experience with simulation tools and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Knowledge of communication protocols and networking for UAVs.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
