Responsibilities:
1. Operational matters
- Provide administrative support to various agencies
- Handling phone calls and filing
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Preparing presentation materials
- Updating the data into the system
2. Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates through various channels
3. Employer Branding Support
- Assist in the creation of recruitment marketing materials and employer branding activities.
4. Event Coordination
- Support the organisation and execution of recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Possess initiative with a positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills and good learning attitude
- Candidates must possess at least a GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
- Proficiency in MS Office and PC literate Able to handle multi-task and work independently
- Singaporean
- 5 days a week
- Experience: Basic MS Office and PC literate (Under-Graduates are welcome)
Starting date: Mid July 2024
Commitment Period: 6 months
