Admininstration Intern

Strategic Partners Financial Services Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:


1. Operational matters

  • Provide administrative support to various agencies
  • Handling phone calls and filing
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Preparing presentation materials
  • Updating the data into the system


2. Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates through various channels


3. Employer Branding Support

  • Assist in the creation of recruitment marketing materials and employer branding activities.


4. Event Coordination

  • Support the organisation and execution of recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.


Requirements:


  • Possess initiative with a positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills and good learning attitude
  • Candidates must possess at least a GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PC literate Able to handle multi-task and work independently
  • Singaporean
  • 5 days a week
  • Experience: Basic MS Office and PC literate (Under-Graduates are welcome)


Starting date: Mid July 2024

Commitment Period: 6 months
