Job Summary:
- Customer Service Executive (Industrial Automotive Industry)
- Permanent role
- Basic up to $3,000 + Commission
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM, Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- Location: Changi
Responsibilities:
- Receive and attend to customers by providing a high standard of customer service.
- Identify and respond to customers' needs.
- Advise and follow up with customers on technical, delivery, pricing, and additional charges issues.
- Prepare quotations for repairs, raise job orders, handle material requisitions, and raise invoices accordingly.
- Investigate customer complaints and rectify problems by proposing recommendations and solutions.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure jobs are completed as promised to customers.
- Assist in Customer Service Officer (CSO) duties when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement :
- Minimum NTC Automotive Technology, Preferably fresh Technical Engineer Diploma (Land Transport) as they would have knowledge of automobiles
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- At least 2 -3 years of experience in customer service related activities or relevant skills in automotive repairs industries.
- Understanding of Maximo system advantageous
