- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sonographers across all centres
- Establish and supervise the workflow of all ultrasound examinations
- Work with radiologists on clinical requirements and new ultrasound machine setup etc.
- Establish clear clinical governance ultrasound practices and training of sonographers
- Ensure safety guidelines as per operating procedures during examinations
- Participate in discussions with equipment vendors for new purchase, maintenance or general queries on equipment
- Ensure proper usage and care for ultrasound equipment by the team across all centres
- Recruit and develop a group of high-performing sonographers as part of talent development
Requirements:
- Qualified Sonographer with relevant certifications or degree with at least 5 years of management experience in Singapore
- Diploma or Degree in Radiography from recognised institution and AHPC cert will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership qualities
Good interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
