- Oversee trade operations, including order processing, shipment coordination and documentation.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo transportation.
- Implement shipments according to established protocols and dispatch shipping instructions.
- Assign vessels to sellers and buyers as required.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents for LC negotiations and archiving.
- Update contracts and promptly input shipping information into the system.
- Coordinate with the finance team for accurate invoicing and timely payment execution.
- Track shipments, provide post-shipment updates, and execute month-end closing using Navision.
