Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Dr Wang Zihao under a project on "Pioneering the Nonvolatile Memory Devices Towards the Limit of Miniaturization through Ferroelectric Graphene Heterostructures" and will be conducting high impact research in:
- Fabrication of graphene heterostructures and characterize their twist angle via AFM and Raman spectroscopy
- Participation in the construction of a two-dimensional material dry transfer platform. The platform is capable of fabricating sandwich-like heterostructures, such as hBN-graphene-hBN - the main samples in this project.
Qualifications
- Master's degree holder in microelectronics and solid-state electronics
- More than two years of work experience in graphene fabrication and analysis
- More than one year of work experience in heterojunction fabrication and analysis and energy storage research (cell fabrication and analysis)
- Proficient in using transfer stage, UV lithography, laser direct writing, magnetron sputtering, electron beam evaporation, DC probe station, Raman spectroscopy, atomic layer disposition, scanning electron microscopy, inductively coupled plasma, atomic force microscopy, rapid thermal annealing instruments, tube furnace, optical microscopy, electrochemical workstation, and battery testing systems
- Proficient in the methods of fabricating heterojunctions between two-dimensional materials and other semiconductors
- Proficient in using Raman spectroscopy to identify trace substances
