We are looking for an Associate Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the SingHealth Residency programme in the Paediatrics department on a four-month contract. Your role will encompass crucial administrative and logistics support to ensure the smooth running of meetings, including coordinating venue bookings, catering and preparing meeting materials. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating work, maintaining programme databases and generating reports. You will also be responsible for internal and external liaison functions to ensure efficient and effective programme management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with preferably 2 years’ working experience
- Prior work experience in a healthcare setting or training environment will be advantageous
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organised, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
