Working location : Jurong East
Salary : Up to $2,300
Working days/time: Monday to Friday (9am - 5.30pm), alt Saturday (9am - 1pm)
Responsibilities:
- Offer customer service assistance through phone and email.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, RFQs, and deliveries.
- Prepare shipping and import/export documents.
- Oversee and ensure timely delivery of outgoing shipments.
- Track and ensure prompt clearance of incoming shipments.
- Process invoices without delay.
- Extract and organize data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Conduct general housekeeping and maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level and above
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
