Salary : Up to $2,500
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working time: 9am - 6.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Book shipments internally with the freight forwarding division.
- Collaborate closely with customer service to determine cargo volume.
- Coordinate cargo transfers with warehouse operations.
- Confirm shipping documents, including the Bill of Lading, with overseas agents.
- Pre-alert shipments and address issues with overseas agents.
- Update shipping data in the in-house system.
- Issue invoices for shipments based on billing charges and costs.
- Handle administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Qualification
- Minimum 2-3 year's experience in Shipping or Freight
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
