Responsibilities
- Perform daily scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Calibration (CAL) activities and provide technical support to Maintenance.
- Generate overall master PM/CAL schedule with down handler monitoring status
- Identify, recognize machine shortfall and attempt to improve on any machine related issues occurring during their daily servicing schedule.
- Responsible in buying off new machines, and work with internal and external stake holders for smooth production transfer to mass production.
- Responsible in setting up and buying off of consignment hardware with identification of constraints and major shortfall of test setup as a whole.
- Establishment and documentation of design rules, improvements or any associated hardware and software where relevant.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1-2 years working experience in Semiconductor Industry preferred.
- Able to work individually and as a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Able to commit to 12-hour day shift when required.
