Job Duties:
- Maternity cover - 4 months
- Ensure smooth and effective operations of daily trade dealing, settlement, pricing and corporate actions, on-time trade settlement and troubleshooting of daily investment operations issues
- Maintain oversight of outsourced operations of custodial and fund administration to service providers
- Ensure unit holding are reconciled timely
- Ensure investment receivables and payables due are followed up promptly
- Ensure all opening and closing of custody account and affiliated cash account process are followed through
- Ensuring investment operations schedule and reconcilations are completed timely and accordingly to policy and standard
- Handle account maintenance tasks from fund managers and custodians
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
