Our client, a multinational chemical company, is seeking a Human Resource Lead for their ASEAN operations.
Position Overview:
As the HR Lead, you will oversee HR operations, managing responsibilities that span the entire employee lifecycle, total rewards, expat management, and more. You will act as a Business Partner to country management teams, driving strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations, including employee life cycles, total rewards, and expat management.
- Serve as a Business Partner to country management teams.
- Lead talent acquisition functions.
- Manage HR policy and employee relations.
- Drive organizational development initiatives.
