JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop and execute content strategies that align with the organization’s marketing goals and target audience
· Conduct market research to identify content trends, audience needs, and competitive landscape
· Produce high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
· Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice
· Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others
· Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers
· Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search rankings
· Track and analyze the performance of digital content using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other metrics
· Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce cohesive and visually appealing content
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment
