JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms
· Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives
· Research and identify target audiences to tailor content and campaigns effectively
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand current and relevant
· Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and others
· Prepare regular reports on social media activities, engagement, and growth
· Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, including paid advertising
· Work with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the organization’s reach and credibility
· Organize and participate in social events to build community and enhance brand visibility
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
· Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
· Basic understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics
