Location: Town, Central area
Working Hrs: 5 days, 5.5 days & 6 days (Depending on project)
Salary: $3000 - $4500 Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, CIVIL Construction Management
- Must be familiar with BIM / CAD Software
- Must have experience inn underground MRT project
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
- Prepare settlement of final accounts
- Maintenance of project documentation
- Source for quotation for materials and services
- Preparation of subcontractor’s/ supplier’s procurement, agreements, and payments
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Cost planning, estimations and measurement of quantities
- Manage Contracts administration
- Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim
