Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offline Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collateral Development: Conceptualize, design, and produce offline marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and key messages.
  3. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events including trade shows, conferences, seminars, and workshops. Manage all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection and booth setup to attendee engagement and post-event follow-up.
  4. Print Advertising: Identify opportunities for print advertising in relevant publications, negotiate advertising placements, and oversee the creation and production of print ads.
  5. Direct Mail Campaigns: Develop targeted direct mail campaigns to reach potential customers and drive engagement. Manage the end-to-end process, including audience segmentation, content creation, printing, and distribution.
  6. Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with partners and vendors to explore co-marketing opportunities such as joint events, co-branded collateral,and cross-promotions.
  7. Budget Management: Manage the offline marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency in all initiatives.
  8. Measurement and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and initiatives. Utilize data and insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in offline marketing, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong creative and design skills, with proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and messaging.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and techniques is a plus.
