• Hire, develop, and inspire the design team, or select a design team from existing company employees.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and desired design elements.
• Interpret abstract business concepts and client briefs into creative ideas.
• Develop strategic design plans with projected timelines and budgets.
• Create storyboards and mockups to help clients and the design team visualize the completed project.
• Pitch ideas and present the creative vision to clients while communicating the project outline to the design team.
• Select design elements for various projects.
• Oversee design projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
• Review client feedback and make necessary alterations.
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements:
· Master's degree or above in art, design or fine arts related fields.
· At least 5 – 8 years of relevant experience from marketing/ advertising agenc.
