Hi there! We are a logistics company specializing in cross-border logistics between Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. We are looking for a new team member to join our Operations Department in our Head Office in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers for truck bookings.
- Processing new shipments received from customers.
- Liaising with partner offices in Malaysia.
- Communicating with drivers on shipment updates.
- Tracking shipments and updating customers on collection/delivery timings.
- Prepare shipment reports when required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Nitec Cert in Logistics & Supply Chain preferred.
- Relevant experience working in Logistics industry (specifically land transport).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to speak/communicate in Malay language.
- Knowledge and understanding of shipping documents would be a bonus.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
- Able to start on short notice or immediately will be preferred.
