Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development of Road Transport Safety Strategy.
- Management of Road Transport Strategy Initiative.
- Trainer in occupational safety, occupational health and safety management for the organization.
- Manage Safety of all facilities
- Ensure safety work procedures are fully complied
- Conduct site inspection to ensure rules are adhered to legislative requirements
- Ensure all permits/ licenses are in place
- Facilitate and develop Road Transport Safety and HSE plans
- Ensure permit to work system are carried out
- Ensure that gas freeing procedures are followed
- Ensure that equipment sent to contractors are safe for processing.
- Conduct sites and road checks on transport fleets.
- Development, Implementation, Review of all Safety Procedures & Process
- Maintain and Management of all Transport Licences
- Development Management of HSSE Policy
Required Experience
- Able to conduct RTS and HSSE audits
- Able to conduct incident investigations to identify underlying causes
- Conversant with local Hazmat/RTS and HSSE legislative requirements
- Minimum Diploma and a registered Workplace Safety and Health officer with MOM
- Min 3 years of experience in coordinating safety and loss prevention activities
- Require excellent written, verbal and management skills
- Require computer literate (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and ability to communicate at all levels
- Energetic, resourceful and results oriented
- Have enthusiasm and drive in order to deliver the desired outcome

Office: Pandan Road
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (Alt. Saturday full day)
