The purpose of the role
Marketing administrators provide all the support to help marketing teams build strong relationships with Asian customers.
Position responsibilities
- Support Marketing team in meeting targets by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist on daily business tasks include but not limited to office administrations.
- Prepare and cross-checking relevant documents.
- Assist and follow up orders status between internal and external.
- Attend to other sales processing matters and coordination matters, as and when required.
- Handle any in coming telephone calls and emails.
- Handle general affairs.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies.
- Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space.
- Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Teamwork Mindset
- At least 2 years working experience in relevant field
- Familiar with ERP system particularly with SAP operations
- Good knowledge in oceanic logistics, able to handle shipment related inquiries/complaints
