- Marine Engineering
- Basic $2500 - $3000
- Mon-Fri (9.00am-5.30pm)
- Walking distance from Tuas west road mrt
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end daily commercial operations aspect.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for the arrangement of engineers on board the vessel locally/overseas.
- Prepare quotations, work estimates, necessary documents and invoices.
- Follow up on inquiries and documentation.
- Provide status updates to the Operation Department for all ongoing and prospective jobs.
- Maintain all sales records and keep them accurate and up to date.
- Prepare sales report for management quarterly review.
- Follow-up on the outstanding invoice.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree with no experience are also welcome.
- Training provided.
