Key Responsibilities:
- Write and post job advertisement in various platform
- Actively search for potential candidates through different platforms
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and skills
- Assess candidates' overall suitability for the position
- Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with candidtes and hiring managers
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min.1 year of experience in recruitment industry
- Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable to do sales
