RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide administrative, finance and operation support to the department.
- Processing transport vendor's invoices, handling maintenance and upkeep of department vehicle including road tax and insurance as well as cash card top-up and reconciliation.
- Process talent vouchers/ invoices.
- Follow up with PR and GR team on Purchase Requisitions of the department.
- Check and follow up on creation of PR and PO with the Admin and Procurement team.
- Check and ensure information keyed in PR and PO are correct.
- Monitor approval status of PR and PO.
- Follow up with Admin & Procurement team on the GR status.
- Ensure GRs are done for all PR/ PO created so that there is no outstanding payment.
- Handle business travel arrangements.
- Data entry for retention and audit purposes.
- Maintain department shared folders.
- Simple translation required.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with the various staff from the Chinese departments.
- Minimum 2 years of media production experience.
- At least GCE A Level, Diploma or Degree certification.
- Meticulous and organized with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Keen interest in TV productions.
- Good knowledge of studio production, field and production management.
