We are looking for suitable candidate to be as our Restaurant Floor Manager, he/she will
1. Oversee all front and back of the Restaurant operations.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
3. Maintain quality control for all food served
4. Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
5. Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
6, Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
7. Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
8. Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
9. At lease 3 years samilar post and experience.
10. Good teamwork and communication skill, and willing to work for long hours and night shifts.
