Job Scope:
- Ensure service quality meets standards by monitoring customer experience and service delivery.
- Manage customer inquiries, requests, and feedback, coordinating with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Review and optimize processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide professional, prompt, and high-quality service experiences via email and in-person interactions.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers as required.
- Resolve complex or escalated issues promptly.
- Maintain a Customer Care Centre handling time KPI of < 20 minutes.
- Work effectively under pressure while managing customer expectations.
