Security Supervisor for Jurong Island with own transport
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deployment of Security Manpower.
- Recruiting, training and supervising security officers
- Attend regular meetings to determine operational needs
- Coordinate and respond to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies and alarms.
- Investigate, review and report incidents and breaches, and resolve emerging issues quickly and efficiently
- Create reports for management and clients
- To assist your superior in performing day to day operations of the company
- To take charge of all security officers and office staff’s daily attendance and to submit to the HR Department on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Security Supervisor Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PLRD and other licenses
- Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment.
- Must have own transport
- Able to commit Shift Work
- Ability to handle incidents professionally and efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
