- Ensure accurate, timely salary payments
- Facilitate disbursement of Long Service Leave and travel vouchers
- Timely submission of statutory claims, tax forms, CPF submissions
- Support HR Business Partners with exit matters, payment schedules, leave computations
- Submit Workmen Compensation claims to MOM and insurance promptly
- Ensure full compliance in statutory claims and submissions
- Provide monthly reports as required
- Organize half-yearly roadshows for medical insurance enrolment and health screening
- Administer staff benefits
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip in Human Resource Management with at least 5 years of payroll processing experience
- Well versed in Employment Act
- Prior experience in HR information system – QuickHR
- Proficient in MS Excel
